The main structure
熒光燈由燈具和接線盒兩部分組成，燈具兩端用鑄鋁合金壓鑄外殼，表面噴塑，燈芯部分為一整體，包括支架、燈管、鎮流器、啟輝器等，更換燈管時先斷開電源，然后打開端蓋，斷開安全電源插頭，將燈芯部分整體抽出。把燈管向彈簧側移動后，可將燈管取下。熒光燈外部裝有防塵罩。熒光燈為復合型結構，燈具主腔為隔爆型結構，接線腔為增安型。接線盒為隔爆型，電纜采用直接引入方式，電纜引入裝置從內到外依次裝有密封圈、墊圈和壓緊螺母，適合電纜或鋼管布線。接線盒設有內接地螺釘，燈具設有外接地螺釘。

5 use and repair
5.1安裝前應檢查熒光燈銘牌上所列數據是否與實際使用條件相符；

5.2應檢查電纜外徑是否適合密封圈尺寸；

5.3安裝前，將接線盒蓋和燈具引入裝置打開，把電纜一端接接線盒內接

線端子上，把電纜另一端穿過管接頭及墊圈、密封圈到燈具接線腔內接到接線端子上，將各部分連接好，把連接好的熒光燈固定在使用位置，把電源電纜線依次穿過引入裝置的壓緊螺母、墊圈和密封圈接至接線盒內接線端子上，接好接地線，緊固壓緊螺母使電纜密封，不用的引入裝置用堵棒、密封圈及壓緊螺母密封好。合上接線盒蓋，緊固好螺栓即可使用；

5.4熒光燈不得隨意拆卸，維修時先斷開前級電源后，才能開蓋維修。打開端蓋，斷開安全電源插頭，將燈芯部分整體抽出。注意：只有在拔掉插頭后，才能把燈芯部分抽出。把燈管向彈簧側移動后，可將燈管取下。維修時不得損壞隔爆面，維修后隔爆接合面清理后涂204-1防銹油，將端蓋合上，各部分螺栓（釘）緊固后才能使用；

5.5熒光燈應定期檢查，發現電纜引入裝置的密封圈及密封墊老化變質及其他零件損壞應及時更換；

5.6帶應急功能熒光燈接線應使控制器始終處于供電狀態，給電池充電，斷電時電池組能立即向燈管供電，在出廠后，若沒有使用應每隔2~3個月充電一次，充電時間不能少于24h。
